SoSo studio is founded by former Ogilvy GuangZhou creative director WenJiao Shen because of the loss of the Chinese traditional handicraft culture. SoSo studio is a platform for creating original brands through discovering and innovating the traditional handicraft, under the mode of BDH(brand＋design＋handmade). At present, SoSo studio has three original brands: PIY, CU and Liange.

CU－The art of handmade copper furniture and goods.
Handmade copper art has experienced a history of thousands of years. The brand CU is under cooperation of SoSo studio and copper artist XianNing Liang. The original intention of the cooperation is to combine ancient copper-craftsmanship with modern furniture design and to challenge the large-scale one-piece copper work. The process of modeling the large-scale copper in one-piece furniture seems to be performance art.
Liange－The integration of Chinese and Japanese bambooware craftsmanship.
Liange was founded by SoSo studi, Mr. Yang and Mr. Wang. It is about craftsmanship culture exchange between two nations, China and Japan. In the late 80s, craftsman artist Mr. Yang and Mr. Wang were studying the bamboo-weaving skills from the Japan's master craftsman Ba Muze in Japan. They created a new kind of handicraft that integrates Chinese earthiness style with Japanese delicacy style, which applies on the product of Liange.
